Jewel六岁时，她就开始歌唱生涯，她经常跟随父母在所居住的爱斯基摩村落里演出，并倍受当地村民喜爱。直到她考上了密歇根州的Interlochen美术学院。在学院的学习过程中她还参与了戏剧的表演，在学期末的会演节目《Spoon River Anthology》中担任主演。

Jewel的风光成绩包括三座格莱美奖提名、一座全美音乐奖和一座MTV音乐录像带奖。1999年6月，美国录音艺术和科学学院颁给Jewel一座Governor奖。这个奖表扬“创意和成就打破所有音乐藩篱并被肯定为音乐界资产”学院会员。

当年，Jewel还获得了许多其它奖项，其中包括非营利“和平时代”组织颁发的1999年“Founder's Choice”奖。她也因致力于慈善活动而被《Glamour》杂志十周年版评选为“年度风云女性”。

薛凯琪（Fiona，1981年8月—），香港小天后、著名歌手、演员，毕业于香港城市大学。音乐作品有《Better me》、《一个人失忆》、《唯爱》、《倒刺》、《糖不甩》等；影视作品有《新不了情》、《画皮》、《白色谎言》、《青魇》等。

2003年加入华纳唱片公司；2004年开始加入乐坛，共派出六首歌曲，其中《奇洛李维斯回信》为众人最熟悉的。于fiona而言，《奇洛李维斯回信》的功不可没，唱到‘街知巷闻’乃全港人所共知。05年基努里维斯（奇洛李维斯）赴港宣传大片《地狱神探》，香港电视台方面更亲自安排fiona对其进行采访，以圆回信之梦。她亦于同年4月8日发行了第一张大碟《'F' Debut》。
